The chain based in Singapore, Banyan Tree Holdings is behind the project that will jump-start in late 2011 and can be a reality in just under three years. The intention is that the Bay Phoenicia hotel to open its doors in the fall of 2013 on the coast of Almuñécar.

After meeting in recent days with officials of the City of Almuñécar, the representative of the group promoting the future 7 star hotel, managed by the operator Banyan Tree, John Horsted, has been very satisfied because “is becoming a spectacular project” .
